Alternate language wiki link for Firework Test Area : de: German / Germany

Description[]

The constant exercises with the fireworks don't only light up the skies, but sometimes also the surrounding buildings. Our researchers, though, can only optimize the demand for sulphur, when they test new mixtures again and again.

  • Every level of the Firework Test Area lowers demand for  Sulphur/Sulfur by 1% per expansion (only in the town it is built).
  • This building will affect the cost of  Sulphur/Sulfur to build the Palace and the Governor's Residence at higher levels.
It will also affect the cost of all military units (except for Cooks, Doctors, Rams, Slingers and Spearmen) and navy ships (except for Diving Boats).
  • This building will not affect donations to the miracle on the island.

Explanation of Reduction Buildings[]

All reduction buildings add their deduction percentage to that given by Pulley, Geometry and Spirit Level. This means the actual discount is an additional 1% per level of the reduction building, plus the reduction from the level of research you have completed. For example, a Level 1 reduction building combined with Pulley has a net of 3% reduction, with Geometry there is a net of 7%, and with Spirit Level there is a net of 15%. With the maximum level of reduction buildings (Level 32, 32% reduction) and Spirit Level (14%), the maximum reduction for that resource is 46%. This means you pay only 54% of the original cost.

Expansion Details[]

Please note:
  • There are some researches which reduce the amount of resources required for the construction of buildings.
    • Pulley (Economy) reduces the required amount of resources by 2%.
    • Geometry (Economy) reduces the required amount of resources by 4% (6% total).
    • Spirit Level (Economy) reduces the required amount of resources by 8% (14% total).
An Architect's Office reduces  Marble requirements by 1% for every level built (up to 32%).
A Carpenter reduces  Wood requirements by 1% for every level built (up to 32%).
A Firework Test Area reduces  Sulphur/Sulfur requirements by 1% for every level built (up to 32%).
An Optician reduces  Crystal Glass requirements by 1% for every level built (up to 32%).
A Wine Press reduces  Wine requirements by 1% for every level built (up to 32%).

An Alchemist's Tower increases the production of  Sulphur/Sulfur by 2% for every level built (up to 64%).
A Forester's House increases the production of  Wood by 2% for every level built (up to 64%).
A Glassblower increases the production of  Crystal Glass by 2% for every level built (up to 64%).
A Stonemason increases the production of  Marble by 2% for every level built (up to 64%).
A Winegrower increases the production of  Wine by 2% for every level built (up to 64%).

Notes:

  1. A Soft cap is the maximum level that is shown in the in-game Help (Ikipedia) section of Gameforge's games. However, structures can be built to higher levels than what is shown until you reach the Hard cap.
  2. A Hard cap is the highest level possible this building can be upgraded to. No further upgrades are possible because the upgrade button is missing.
